The Brief:

If Cadillac set the New Standard of the World for luxury vehicles then why doesn’t its website follow suit?  Reconcile the difference between the brand and its lackluster online presence.

My team worked with all aspects of the Fallon team to help breathe new life into the stale site and make it a premium General Motors site.  Our development team built several prototypes and live wireframes that were used extensively during user testing.  We set up online tools to help measure and report on usability testing which eventually determined the final design.  We worked closely with GMIT and MRM to understand limitations of the site’s server platform to ensure that Fallon was able to deliver a site that was more inline with the Cadillac brand.
